I have posted before about my love of Google Fi. Well, they made me happy again this week. My phone wasn’t charging well so I jumped on their chat app, answered a few questions, and a few days later had a new phone at my house.
I loved that the tech support remembered what I had said I already tried and didn’t make me re-try.
